Gary enjoyed a 20 year career in business to business publishing sales with Reed Business Information, working on market leading titles including Personnel Today and the HR Directors Club, in a range of Sales and Management positions.

As a qualified tree surgeon Gary started G4 Gardens Ltd in 2008, building a successful business employing a full time team of seven and working with commercial and domestic customers. Running this business provided a great insight into dealing and managing a team, whilst spinning the plates of marketing, weather, cashflow, etc. Gary decided to sell his business in November 2016 and take up a new exciting challenge, developing Mind4. Gary is also a Parent Governor at The Beacon School, Banstead.
